Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

Custom-made or personalized product, Hygiene-related items (e.g., socks, underwear) unless unopened and unused.

For defective or incorrect items, Mystical Blue Lotus covers the return shipping costs. For returns due to customer preference (e.g., wrong size or change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

No, we do not charge a restocking fee for any returns.

Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
