Exchanges

Yes, we accept exchanges for eligible items within the 30-day return period, Please contact us to request an exchange. Once we receive your returned item, we will dispatch your replacement item, subject to availability. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to exchanges, unless due to an error on our part.

Return Shipping

  • If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Mystical Blue Lotus will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to change of mind, wrong item ordered, or similar, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Please ensure returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Process

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, Provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it must follow the return process.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
